Mission Statement
Our mission is to glorify God by equipping Christian leaders with a biblical, theological, and practical education, empowering them to apply and proclaim the inerrant Word of God in world-wide Christian service. Our strategy is to provide support for evangelists in the field, through training and instruction as taught in the Word of God for the individual evangelist and to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the unbeliever. We will always keep the Lord Jesus Christ at the center of our ministry and our lives. Luke 1:11-17 And there appeared unto him an angel of the Lord standing on the right side of altar of incense. And Zachariah was troubled when he saw him, and fear fell upon him. But the angel said unto him, Fear not, Zachariah: because thy supplication is heard, and thy wife Elisabeth shall bear thee a son, and thou shall call his name John. And thou shall have joy and gladness; and many shall rejoice at his birth. For he shall be great in the sight of the Lord, and he shall drink no wine nor strong drink; and he shall be filled with the Holy Spirit, even from his mother’s womb. And many of the children of Israel shall be turn unto the Lord their God. And he shall go before his face in the spirit and power of Elijah, to turn the hearts of the fathers to the children, and the disobedient to walk in the wisdom of the just; to make ready for the Lord a people prepared for him. Luke 8:1 Soon afterward he went on through the cities and villages, proclaiming and bringing the good news of the Kingdom of God. The twelve were with him. 1 Corinthians 3:4 For when one says, I belong to Paul, and another, I belong to Apollos, are you not merely human? What then is Apollos? What is Paul? Servants through whom you came to believe, as the lord assigned to each. I planted, Apollos watered, but God gave the growth. So neither the one who plants nor the one who waters is anything, but only God who gives the growth. The one who plants and the one who waters have a common purpose, and each will receive wages according to the labor of each. For we are God’s servants, working together; you are God’s field, God’s building. 1 Corinthians 9:9 For it is written in the law of Moses, You shall not muzzle an ox while it is treading out the grain. Is it for oxen that God is concerned? Or does He not speak entirely for our sake? It was indeed written for our sake, for whoever plows should plow in hope and whoever threshes should thresh in hope of a share in the crop. If we have sewn spiritual good among you, is it too much if we reap your material benefits? If others share this rightful claim on you, do not we still more? Nevertheless, we have not made use of this right, but we endure anything rather than put an obstacle in the way of the Gospel of Christ. Do you not know that those who are employed in the temple service get their food from the temple, and those who serve at the altar share in what is sacrificed on the altar? In the same way, the Lord commanded that those who proclaim the Gospel should get their living by the Gospel. 2 Corinthians 2:17 For we are not peddlers of God’s Word like so many; but in Christ we speak as persons of sincerity, as persons sent from god and standing in His presence. 1 Timothy 5:17 Let the elders who rule well be considered worthy of double honor, especially those who labor in preaching and teaching; for the scripture says, You shall not muzzle an ox while he is treading out the grain. and, The laborer deserves to be paid. Salvation is a free gift of God extended to the human race, salvation is received by personal faith alone in Jesus Christ alone, totally apart from individual work or merit. John 3:16-17 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved. Ephesians 2:8-9 For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is a gift of God, not of works lest anyone should boast. |
